The large open living room offers a cozy sofa as well as flat screen tv and sliding glass doors that overlook the emerald coast waters. The dining area is just off the living room and offers seating for 6 and additional seating for 2 at the bar. You can also enjoy a beautiful day out on the patio which offers a bbq grill and table with chairs. The first floor also offers a half bathroom and a washer and dryer.
The second floor offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom offers a large area with King size bed and flat screen tv. The master bedroom has a balcony for you to enjoy the sound of the waves hitting the sand. Sit and enjoy on the 2 chaise loungers. The master bath offers 2 vanities and a shower/tub combo.
The second bedroom is perfect for the kids and grandkids with 2 sets of bunk beds. One offers a full on bottom and twin on top and the other offers twin over twin with a twin trundle. There is a tv to watch DVD and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
