This 25-acre community gives beachgoers a resort-style experience designed to slow folks down and take in the 30a beach life. Boasting walking trails, ample green spaces with plenty of park benches, outdoor patios with large umbrellas, and palm tree-lined streets. Full-time residents and short-term vacationers alike can gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, and live music all in a laid-back atmosphere.

SOME IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT GOLDEN ON 30A

• Maximum occupancy of the main home is 4 guests.
• There is no designated parking spots at Golden on 30a. Community parking is open in the Towne Center as well as Street Parking
• There is no smoking inside or outside while on the entire property.
• Pets are not allowed.
• You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
• All reservations are non-refundable, we strongly encourage adding travel insurance to your reservation so that you are covered.
• Guest must agree to sign rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
• Property management is not liable for any construction that may occur outside of the properties we manage.
