Rest and relaxation is the name of the game at Giant's Rest! Located in the quiet, peaceful community of Inlet Beach, this newly furnished coastal 3-story, 6-bedroom, 4-bath home is the perfect spot for a beach vacation. Beautiful gulf views and breathtaking sunsets can be enjoyed from the two outdoor decks, while the private pool beckons below.
The third floor offers the luxurious master bedroom and bath which opens up to a shared balcony with gorgeous ocean views and a wonderful ocean breeze. Catch the sunrise on the balcony or relax at night to the sounds of the ocean waves. Features a 42" HDTV, king bed, reading chair, ceiling fan, separate bath and shower. A second master bedroom and private bath shares the balcony and spectacular views and completes the top floor. Features a HDTV, king bed, ceiling fan, shower/tub.
The second floor offers the Living, Dining and Kitchen area as well as 2 bedrooms that sleep a total of 8. The Living area features a 60" HDTV, Blu-ray Sony Play Station (also plays DVD's), pull out sofa, full bath, large deck for outdoor dining and entertainment. Large family style dining area includes service for 24, a table for 10 plus additional seating allows for indoor seating up to 18. High quality kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essential tools for a perfect vacation! Down the hall, kids will enjoy the brightly colored bunk room. This room also has a sleeper sofa. The back bedroom consists of a queen bed, TV, and access to the outside deck. Washer/Dryer & linen closet also located on this floor.
The first floor offers two bedrooms and game room that sleeps a total of 6. The kids' bedroom featuring three twin beds and plenty of room to play. The cozy Queen bedroom allows access to the pool area. The first floor also hosts a game room that opens up to the pool, featuring a 42" HDTV and futon. It's a great place to put the excited kids or rowdy teenagers for after-dinner entertainment!
Giant's Rest has an outdoor area that is perfect to enjoy the Florida Sunshine. A large back yard patio offers a private pool and lounging deck, gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating. Parking is perfect because of the house features a two-car garage. For a large group, there is a second refrigerator located in the garage for all your refreshment needs.
Giant's Rest is just steps away from the secluded beaches of Inlet Beach, a hidden treasure at the eastern end of Highway 30-A and immediately east of Rosemary Beach. *Your pool is heated! We aren’t talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you (for an additional fee), so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you’re going to need it during you stay.
Giant's rest includes 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella from March 1st - October 31st. Must be 25 years or older to rent.
