We are very excited to be the first to introduce this brand-new constructed, luxury vacation abode in Seagrove Beach, Florida. Picture your day swinging on the outdoor daybeds, overlooking the dunes of the Emerald Coastline. Or tiptoeing down the beach walk in the early morning hours to catch the sunrise. Boasting 2 residences, indoor/outdoor kitchens dining, 6 fully furnished balconies, exquisite master suites, private pool, touring bicycles and so much more we encourage you to browse through the gallery of pictures and watch the video tour to get the full scope of this magnificent vacation spot.

With 6 levels among 2 residential-wings, where do we start the tour? Perhaps the best introduction would be the beach access which leads straight down to the white sugary sand and emerald waves. This area of the beach boasts an off-the-grid type of experience while neighboring the quiet protected coastal dunes off to the East. Set up your chair, turn off your notifications, and breathe it in THIS is the life. After a restful day at the beach, dinner is served! The fully equipped indoor kitchen is lined with brand new, state of the art appliances ready to accommodate any meal! From sushi night to secret family recipes, and even a late-night taco delivery to feed an army; you ll have everything you need to host it all. Thinking about something even bigger? No problem because that s what the outdoor kitchen is set up to handle. Grill up the big catch of the day or start a new tradition with a famous Florida crawfish boil; whichever you choose, you can t go wrong in the outdoor kitchen dining space.

Your nightcap is waiting at the bar in the main living room, made perfectly to enjoy sipping out on the fully furnished walkout balcony. Each floor offers walkout balconies, furnished perfectly to either greet the morning sunrise in the East with a smooth cup of coffee or cheers to the evening sunset in the West with full wine glass (worthy side note: the outdoor bed swing is on the 3^rd floor balcony)! Among the two households are several indoor/outdoor recreational areas furnished perfectly so that everyone can be together while still having ample space to spread out and enjoy the coastal scenery.

WEST RESIDENCE

The custom-built multi-bunkroom comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with a queen over queen bunk and 2 twin over full bunks. Just down the hall is a king suite with French doors leading to the furnished deck and private beach walk. Each of these rooms are located on the ground floor and are accessible from the gated pool area, the outdoor connecting corridor, and the private beach walk.

Up on the second floor are separate queen and king suites, one of which has a private walkout balcony. Each share a spacious jack and jill bathroom with double vanities and shower/tub combination. The 2^nd floor is also where the two East and West homes connect via the covered outdoor corridor.

The wall-to-wall windows leading up to the third-floor balcony offer a bird s eye peak into the natural dunes of Santa Rosa Beach. Yet another AMAZING outdoor balcony area, furnished with a daybed while boasting picture-perfect views.

EAST RESIDENCE

Hopping back and forth between each residence is a breeze via the outdoor covered corridor on the 2^nd level or outdoor gated pool area. When you come in from the pool, the spacious recreational room greets you with custom furnishings, including a uniquely built 3-quarter bed nook. The full laundry room and indoor elevator also reside on this level.

A few steps up and you re on the second floor which is entirely made up of the living, dining, and kitchen area. The chef inspired kitchen and spacious pantry are fully equipped so that any special request has been met before you even check in! The bar-style island is the entire length of the kitchen and comfortably seats up to 5 people, while the custom-built dining table seats up to 10! Kick your flip flops off in the living area and dive into the oversized U-shaped sectional while gazing out through the glass doors facing the sunset. We recommend concluding each day on the balcony with a deep breath of the salt air.

A quick elevator ride to the next level brings you to the 3^rd floor. The king master suite is luxuriously appointed with upscale furnishings, spacious ensuite and private walkout balcony. Another recreational area sits across the hall with additional sleeping arrangements and a furnished balcony overlooking both the neighborhood and the outdoor pool.

Big Beach Camp is well-suited for large families and groups looking to stay together on the same property, while having ample space to enjoy new experiences on Florida s Gulf Coast.

SOME IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT BIG BEACH CAMP

• Maximum occupancy is 21 guests.
• There are 15 beach towels available for guest use while at the beach.
• There are 4 complimentary bicycle cruisers available year round.
• Designated parking is assigned for 7 moderately sized vehicles under the covered drive and extended driveway
• There is no smoking inside or outside while on the entire property.
• Pets are not allowed.
• You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
• All reservations are non-refundable, we strongly encourage adding travel insurance to your reservation so that you are covered.
• Guest must agree to sign rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
• Property management is not liable for any construction that may occur outside of the properties we manage.
