Festivals of Fun
The fall months are when the weather begins to cool down, and as such, fall festivals will pop up all over the coast, especially as you get nearer to Halloween. Every community promises to offer something special, with Rosemary Beach historically offering a Halloween bash that includes trick-or-treating, pumpkin carving, face painting, games, and costumes contests. The Farmers Market in Rosemary Beach is open on Sundays, offering Halloween-themed treats and treasures, and the one in Seaside is open on Saturdays, offering much of the same! The Alys Beach Fall Festival, traditionally held the last weekend in October, provides fall crafts, games, and a nighttime showing of a family friendly “scary” movie with the Addam’s Family movie being the movie of choice in 2023. This outdoor festival, held at the Alys Beach Amphitheater, is free to attend and also offers a photo booth for a pictorial souvenir of all the great times you had during your Florida vacation.
