This spacious 2-bedroom condo features 1200+ square feet of carefully designed furnishings intended to promote relaxation. The open concept floor plan allows guests to enjoy each other's company in the living area while preparing a meal in the kitchen with high-end, stainless-steel appliances. The dining-style kitchen bar offers seating for 4 with additional outdoor dining on the balcony. The living room features a large, flat-screen TV and comfortable couch for a cozy spot to relax. For added convenience, this unit also comes with a stackable washer and dryer just off the kitchen. Featuring the newest rooftop bar on 30A; complete with ample lounge furniture, dining areas, flat-screen TV, fire pit and a great selection of beers and wines - this is the perfect spot to conclude each day of your vacation. For those travelers serious about their fitness, you don't have to skip a beat while staying at The Pointe 344. The onsite fitness center is equipped with a peloton bike, mirror virtual trainer, free weights, cardio equipment, flat screen-TV's and spa towels (for a proper cooldown). Drive a Tesla? Sliding barn doors lead into the queen bedroom off of the living room, a spacious suite featuring a private bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in shower. The king balcony suite features an attached office nook, perfect for guests who choose to work remotely. It has a king bed and private entrance to the balcony, allowing for plenty of sunshine and natural light. It's spacious, ensuite also features dual vanities, a walk-in shower plus a separate soaking tub with a window looking into the bedroom.
