The ground floor is home to an open concept kitchen, living and dining space. Fully furnished to provide a perfect setting for an afternoon nap on the pullout sofa, watching the big game on the Smart TV or snack time at the counter-bar. Whether it’s meal delivery or home-cooked, the kitchen space is equipped to please everyone’s palette! The 4 bar seats are a prime location for the food-grazers of the group while the family style-dining table seats up to 8. The king master suite is just off the main living area with its own private entrance to the outdoor furnished deck. Its South facing two-seater bistro is a quiet oasis made for a cup of coffee and listening to the waves washing ashore. With closet area, double vanities, spacious walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub – the ensuite is set to impress! Across the hall is the colorful multi-bunk room featuring 2 twin over twin bunks and pullout trundle. The full-sized hallway bathroom is shared between the bunk room as well as the main living area. Upstairs are two additional suites! The queen is facing the picturesque Gulf of Mexico with a private entrance to the furnished balcony. Its private ensuite features a closet area, double vanities, spacious walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub. On the opposite side of the home sits the spacious king with full ensuite as well.
Along with having the sandy beach just a couple steps away, Surfer Dog also features a private gated pool with 2 entry points. The surrounding pool deck has 4 lounger chairs, side tables and just enough subtle landscaping to allow the coastal breeze right through. - Designated parking is assigned for up to 6 vehicles.
