After a great day at the beach, you can enjoy the rest of the day at Watersound s three large community pools, cycling along 30A, or hitting the shops and restaurants. Right when you open the door you see the ceiling high windows that showcase the beautiful waters of the emerald coast and white sand beaches. Across the living room and out to the balcony you can hear the sounds of the waves crashing on to the shore. Behind the living room you will find the fully stocked kitchen where you will host your dinners with family and friends while enjoying the sunset right from the kitchen. The master en suite sleeps a king bed with beach views and access to the balcony. Additionally, the master has a lavish bathroom, with two large closets a spa tub and shower, fit for the finest! Views from Above has two other guest bedrooms where you will find one with a king bed, beautiful views of the beach and access to the balcony, and a full bathroom. To the right of the hall is where you will find 2 Full beds over King bed for guests and a full bathroom down the hall. What should I do in Paradise?
1. We recommend renting bikes from Paradise30A and riding down 30A to Gulf Place, Grayton Beach, or Seaside
2. Bike through the trails and explore the hidden secrets of 30A
3. Take your family to Gulf Place and enjoy shopping, dining, and catch a concert from the outdoor green
4. Enjoy some of the world s most beautiful beaches

2. Views from Above offers a fully stocked kitchen, table seating and washer/ dryer in the unit
3. Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement, pay 50% at the time of booking and 50% prior to arrival.

6. There are only 2 parking passes given - only 2 vehicles allowed
