1. Villages B293 is in the Seacrest Beach subdivision close to Rosemary Beach, 30Avenue, Inlet Beach for entertainment, shopping, and dining
2. Bike ride along the 19 miles of scenic Highway 30A.
3. Recreation includes parks, walkways, swimming, tennis, kayaking, surf or lake fishing, bicycling and snorkeling.
4. Enjoy the Sunday Farmer's Market with local vendors in Rosemary Beach.
5. Treat yourself to a spa day.

*Please note: You must be at least 25 years old to rent
*Seasonal tram service runs from March 1st to October 31st. The hours for tram service are 9am to 6pm. When busy the tram will operate continuously and during slower period you can call the dispatch line for pick up.

At any given point adjacent properties to properties we manage may go under construction to which we are not notified. Paradise Properties is not liable for any construction happening outside of the properties we manage.**
*Please know that effective today, September 28, 2023, signage has been posted around property stating that there is to be no smoking within 25 feet of the building(s).  This was voted upon and approved by the Village Community Association Board of Directors.  There will be a dedicated smoking area that is located in the center section between Buildings E/F and H.  Security will be helping to enforce this rule.  For commercial unit owners, please ensure this information is communicated with your lessee.
